About me

I´m working in sales since the beginning of my career, achieve the set goals is the boost to do my best every day.

I have strong skills in mechanical and electrical sectors merged with financial and economic; thanks to my bachelor´s degree in Industrial Management Engineering.

I´m determined and curious, always trying to do my best both in private life and working place.

I have asked my colleagues and friends to describe me in a few words, the results are:

I have been working as a Sales Engineer in a leading Italian company - Air conditioning sector - for 2 years. I was responsible for Europe´s back office team, providing high-quality support, tenders and proposal to OEM customers and official distributors.

I was also holding training on products´ portfolio and selections software.

I started working at Regin AB in 2018, the largest Swedish company in building automation field (BMS), as Sales Area Manager.

I´m responsible for sales and business development in 10 European countries for both, Distributors and System integrators, reporting directly to the Sales director.

Selling a solution and not a simple product is the key to be successful in this role. Being responsible for different countries means also flexibility in order to sell the same products in different cultures.

This brings me to work beside product managers and marketing department to obtain the best market penetration based on customers' needs.

I can proudly say that I was the first not Swedish employee in Regin headquarter, this leads me to several difficulties. I have received various compliments from my colleagues on how I have solved problems and how my different culture influenced them. I will be willing to explain to you how I achieved these aims.
