I have lived my life in theatres, rehearsal studios, music and design studios, classrooms, athletic fields, in bicycle racing, and practicing yoga, riding motorcycles and practicing meditation. All of these experiences have been training for making theatre, live events and teaching at the highest level. These practices have in common the channeling of energy between the story and its audience. The embrace and unifying of chaos into the designing of powerfully poetic and efficient systems of action and flow. The clash and embrace of opposites. The authentic, alive, dangerous and kinetic interaction of human beings for human beings.
