About me

I have recently graduated from Loughborough University, where I studied Furniture design and achieved a 2:1 honours degree. During this time I often communicated design ideas to various groups by way of two and three dimensional visual aid means. Time management skills and working to a tight deadline were essential aspects of the degree course.

Throughout the degree I have developed my computer skills immensely especially in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and specialist programs as Photoshop 7, Form Z and Cad 2004, which I currently study as an evening class.

I currently work full time at Accuread Limited the Meter Reading company, as part of the Customer Complaints team. I have also gained experience in the contact call centre environment, of answering incoming customer calls and queries.

I am a very competent individual who has a keen eye for detail and a strong willingness to learn new techniques and experiences. I am also a very committed character who strives to work enthusiastically, efficiently, and effectively as a conscientious employee and as part of a team.
