About me
I'm an experienced, creatively minded Head of Marketing Operations and have worked both in-house for a number of high-growth digital household brands and agency-side.
I've built Marketing Operations teams from scratch, led the globalisation of creative studios from servicing one market to multiple markets across Europe, managed multidisciplinary creative teams based locally and remotely and have implemented systems and working processes to drive best practice, increase studio productivity and improve creative output.
I've also managed and led high profile branding and marketing projects and multi-channel long-term and tactical campaigns, working and collaborating across business functions and managing multiple stakeholders. These projects included the roll out of the new Dunelm brand platform, the global Just Eat rebrand and the high profile sponsorship of The X Factor.
