About me
Lortoria McDonald is the mother and web author of illumaink — a new artzine for the creatively curious. She thinks in pictures and is responsible for the creative copy and images used on the website. Her skills vary from editor, writer, web design, photographer and videographer. She works tirelessly to produce stimulating content that excites, provokes, titillates and informs in illuminating expression.
Using her enquiring mind, the aim is to use the latest in digital technology to feature popular and niche works of art.
Apart from networking and creating art content, she enjoys a variety of outdoor sport including falconry, abseiling and quad biking. On leisurely days, cooking for or eating out with friends is utterly a love thing; and on more relaxing days curling up with a good book keeps my scales balanced.
