About me
Lorraine Jennings-Creed has always been interested in people - what we carry internally, how it shows up in our bodies, how we're shaped by the systems and relationships around us. It's a curiosity that has driven everything I've done across a 20-year career at the heart of the creative industries.
As Wellbeing Services and Culture Change Director at NABS, the charity advancing the mental wellness of people working in advertising and media, she sits on the Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for services, culture and governance. In the last five years alone, NABS services have supported over 25,000 people.
Beyond NABS, Lorraine co-founded #TimeTo, the cross-industry campaign that changed how advertising responds to sexual harassment. She co-founded BloomFest and served as Vice President and Trustee at Bloom UK, supporting women's progression in communications.
Highly skilled in service design, strategy and organisational culture, her work is rooted in a restless belief that things can always be done differently and better, for both the individual and the organisation- a drive sharpened by my ongoing training in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling at The Minster Centre. She finds joy in bringing people with her, and everything she is proud of has been built with some brilliant people.
Lorraine is a speaker and panellist on mental wellness and the issues facing people working in the creative industries. She chaired the Agency Purpose category at the 2025 Alliance of Independent Agencies Awards and was named a Campaign Trailblazer for her leadership of #TimeTo.
Outside work she is a mum, a part-time carer for her own mother, and loves getting to the gym to lift heavy to help with her own mental wellness.
