Dear Recruitment Manager,

I saw the advert on the Creative Pool for a Studio Manager and I believe I am uniquely qualified for this position. I have a very strong background in photography and studio management during my 5 years of employment with Venture Photography, most recently as Assistant General Manager of the Minneapolis, Minnesota Studio in the USA.

Unfortunately my visa expired so I returned to the UK in December. Since January this year I have been working for Hungry Tiger as a photographer. However, my true passion is working with people and I seek to return to such position.

I was recruited to the Minneapolis studio for my knowledge of the brand and previous studio management experience in both the Wandsworth and Winchester Studios.

I played an instrumental part in developing the Minneapolis studio from the start to now becoming the most profitable studio in the US and one of the top 3 internationally. I was involved in man management; recruitment and employee development. Additionally, I managed the photography department not only in Minneapolis, but Wandsworth and Winchester as well.

My experience is broad from being a photographer, retoucher, design consultant, marketing and most importantly was a member of the management team of a best in brand studio. With these unique qualifications I feel I would bring a lot of experience and success to your team.
