I have recently graduated from Liverpool Hope University with a BA Honours degree in, Tourism Management, which also included modules in Business Studies, Events planning and Marketing. I have experience as a Customer Service Adviser, a Front of House Usher in both the Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse Theatres and a Sales Assistant in a popular high street clothing store. By working in all these establishments I have gained and developed skills when interacting with customers in order to provide them with the best service necessary to make sure they leave extremely satisfied.
