Lorenza is a formally qualified graphic designer with 10 years' experience, predominately in the accounting and financial services sector.

Specialties in Management; Managing experienced designers, junior and outsourced designers and teams. Management and delegation of design workflow to teams of designers across various locations with differing skill sets. Project management of tenders and design projects.

Specialties in Design; Brand management, conceptual and creative direction across digital, online and print including: advertising campaigns, event branding, annual reports, technical and promotional books, digital and presentation related design.

Over the years Lorenza has honed her interpersonal and design skills, she prides herself on being able to work with senior leadership, as well as stakeholders that may not be as experienced working with designers.
