About me
I was the lead designer for 10:10, an environmental non-profit NGO, whose audiences ranged from teens to government officials, small businesses to heavy industry, and with campaigns that operated locally, nationally, and internationally. As brand guardian I was tasked with creating engaging, on brand, and on message designs in a wide variety of media. My small team juggled the demands of different branches of the organisation, each with different requirements and deliverables.
I also worked for another non-profit NGO, Nektarina, based out of eastern Europe that specialised in connecting people to their community and their environment. This work also involved providing a variety of material, always on brand (although sometimes not their own), invariably to a tight deadline.
My academic background in languages, Japanese and Arabic, provides both an appreciation for other cultures and a love of intricate scripts and typographical layout.
I initially developed my graphic design skills through ten years of freelance work, I maintained and managed clients from Ealing to Egypt. My designs have been featured in international magazines, graced political conferences, illuminated Piccadilly lights, and surrounded Tottenham Hotspur's football ground.
