I have 13 years overall experience leading and motivating teams. I am an experienced, entrepreneurial and highly motivated creative producer. A self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate at all levels. I am also able to work under pressure whilst adhering to strict deadlines to deliver successful events on time, within budget and exceed client expectations. I am a great team leader with strong team management and leadership skills. I am also a very good team player with a positive can-do attitude.
I have worked with artists and cultural communities, facilitating communications within the arts, nurturing, maintaining and encouraging the survival and growth of various creative projects, artistic movements and ideas within the arts, music, and cultural sectors.
