I'm Lizzie and I run MUNCH, a PR and creative content company that blends big agency thinking with a passionate and tenacious boutique approach.

We're working with brands and companies to generate media coverage that makes a real difference to their business, because that's what gets us excited and out of bed in the morning.

I've got a decade of experience in consumer brand PR and creative content, as well as entertainment, hospitality, B2B and tech/consumer tech.

My background includes time at top global agencies both in London and Hong Kong, and several years in-house at Disney developing PR campaigns and strategies to raise awareness of its talent, programming and digital products, as well as its partnerships with Harrods and Christie's.
