I am an experienced Arts Manager with a strong background in organizing international art events. I work with NIPAI, a private educational institute established in 2000, dedicated to developing innovative and professional approaches to contemporary performance-making.
At NIPAI, I contribute to specialized educational programs designed for directors, movement directors, acting coaches, choreographers, arts managers, and creative leaders. These programs equip professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in their careers while making a positive impact on the modern performing arts industry.

In addition to my work at NIPAI, I am an experienced event organizer specializing in arts management. I studied Arts & Cultural Management at the Academy of Art University and currently live in Berlin, Germany. My work is focused on fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence in the global arts community.
