About me

Hi there! I'm Lisa Casper. I co-lead Melinda Holm & Associates, a boutique executive recruitment firm specializing in marketing and advertising talent acquisition.

I started my career at Draft Worldwide (now FCB) in account management and I moved my way up to the Account Director level at other agencies. Having been in the trenches of high-level integrated advertising and digital marketing teams, I bring a solid understanding of the industry. I have over 20 years of recruitment experience specifically catered toward all areas of marketing.

To this day, I leverage what I've learned from working at ad agencies to help my clients solve complex problems and bring forth new opportunities to build their businesses.
