My creative approach to building a business is reflected in my work as a Product Developer and Brand Manager at a major telecom provider; leading teams to launch local phone services throughout the US; which resulted in all-distance pricing structures currently marketed by most long distance companies and by introducing the concept of 5¢ weekends to the international market.
My turnaround capability is highlighted by accomplishments as the Brand Manager at a leading gaming manufacturer, where I led a distressed gaming title to become the most profitable in the company's history through brand revitalization, shifts in payout, software design, and packaging.
I've had significant impact on profitability and growth at a leading pharmaceutical company where I was voted a Most Valuable Player as well as at a leading promotional incentives company where I managed site based content, advertising, and usability.
As an Account Director at an award winning digital agency, I focused on strategy, business development, and brand building for clients such as FedEx, Accenture, Alberto Culver, and the Nestle Purina Company. This role evolved into leading the Client Services team for a web analytics company where I managed a team of business analysts, IEs, and tech support teams while servicing more than 65 of the top European retail and entertainment brands including Diageo, O2, Harrods, Prosieben, and Television France.
Currently, I manage SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Social, Usability and Web Analytics programs for one of Internet Retailers Top 500 brands.
