About me

Linus Oura is the Creative Director at David NY.

Originally from Brazil, he joined David from GUT São Paulo, where he was Creative Director creating and leading local, regional and global campaigns for brands like Mercado Livre, Nestlé, Dove Men+Care, helping to establish the agency as one of the most creatives in Brazil. He was also part of the team that helped the agency win its first Grand Prix at Cannes Lions.

Prior to that, he worked at Africa for clients like Budweiser, Brahma, Kraft Heinz, Telefónica Vivo and MTV, where he won the agency's first Gold Lion. Prior to that, he worked at Grey and TBWA.

He believes in ideas that provoke and entertain. Make stuff that can promote some kind of change, be part of pop culture or at least make people smile.

His work has been recognized by the major International awards festivals including multiple Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio Awards, The One Show, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and the Effie Awards.
