About me

I am an East African creative with a wild imagination, a love for storytelling, and a tendency to dig into subjects people either obsess over... or avoid like a traffic cop with a breathalyzer. One of my earlier published books was The End — a fresh (read: suspiciously subjective) theory on how the world might wrap things up. Spoiler: God is definitely in the details. So unless you want the end times tapping you on the shoulder uninvited, maybe skip that one. Or don't — I even dared to make a YouTube video about it titled The End under the pseudonym John Lerrato. You've been warned.

Since then, my creative well has only gotten deeper (and stranger). I've released:

The Elshadaai Open - A spiritual-philosophical tennis match with God, where destiny is served with a twist.

Marriage Material - A brutally honest, funny, and practical dive into what it takes to be "the one"... or at least not "the wrong one."

The Odd Duckling Chronicles - A quirky, heartfelt tribute to the misfits who don't fit the mold — because, let's face it, they often invent new ones.

Coming of Age Comedy - Two mischievous college friends fight over an African princess: one for love, the other for her inheritance. (Hotlisted by MovieMaker.)

Crime Thriller - A stressed-out agent on desk duty breaks protocol to chase a psychopath whose real-life killing spree mimics an online game. (Optioned and under serious consideration.)

Who Cares (Documentary) - A raw look at the lives of children in Africa's second-largest slum. Recognized in Switzerland.

Shirandula Bus Service - A hilarious road trip comedy set during the Christmas holidays in Kenya.

Religious Comedy - Hosea, Son of Nun follows thriving Hebrew slave-drivers whose business goes bust when Moses shows up. Pharaoh isn't the only one with a plague-sized headache.

The Rope - A family drama literally centered around a rope. (Yes. A rope.)

The Secret Weapon - A bluff so powerful even world superpowers fake owning it while desperately hunting it down.

Whether it's books, scripts, bees (yes, I'm also a beekeeper), or old cars that I lovingly disassemble and reassemble with divine frustration — I create to spark thought, laughter, and maybe, a little transformation.

Let's just say: I'm not for everyone. But neither is genius.
