Dear Sir/ Madam

I wish to apply for the position and enclose a copy of my CV for your consideration. Also a portfolio of some of my work in PDF format.

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated person with tireless energy and the motivation to succeed. I therefore consider myself to be an ideal candidate for the Position as I posses the organisational, communication and interpersonal skills required to excel in this role. Being creative is the centre of who I am, and is what I excel in. Included in my capabilities are skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, and a genuine comfort and ease in most design related software. As well as a fine hand in drawing and any creative media of visual communication .

I am a newly qualified designer with a background in fashion, design and photography. I excelled through my course in all areas and gained a real excitement and pleasure from photographing and designing visually stimulating layouts that showcased my talents. I have always worked very hard and put a lot of effort into my digital and artistic creations, and have taken measures to learn all I could about photography and art with modern technology.

During my study as well as full time work, I have gained many skills in management and organizational skills, all the while completing tasks with a fine eye for detail and excellent execution. I am therefore able to multi-task whilst performing to strict deadlines.

I have superb skills in my attention to colour correction and lighting making series uniform in there exhibition of choice also making works suit and complement affixed themes or perhaps atmospheres. I have done the above (and more) with strict adherence to internal and external deadlines, often switching between tasks as necessary, prioritising my workflow.

To progress a task I have often had to liaise with colleagues, clients and external sources in order to achieve a successful outcome. This includes taking instructions from senior colleagues as well as delegating to, and supervising, more junior colleagues. I have also resolved many issues by communicating with external parties such as professional photographers, subject matter experts and suppliers.

The Position represents an opportunity to advance my career and gain experience in another field of design. I therefore wish to pursue this opportunity and look forward to hearing from you with regard to my application.
