I'm a writer. I write things. I'm a published poet, so this writing thing is sort of a "thing" for me. My work has been selected by a Pulitzer finalist and a Guggenheim fellow for two literary awards. I'm constantly writing (and copy editing) books. It's just what I do!

In which part of the "buyer's journey" (if applicable) are they
How can you make their experience superior to the competition

It all comes down to tailoring content: the right message at the right time.
