About me

As the VP of Creative Advertising and Content at a small production company like Alcon I wear many hats. My primary responsibility is producing and writing the various content we create for our motion picture advertising campaigns. Areas of work include print, trailer, TV spot, and featurette creation as well as media presentations. My job also involves physical production and increasingly VR and merchandising. You could say that I'm a modern day renaissance women.

PROFILE
Trinidad-born, England-raised, California-matured, Lichelli (pronounced Li-Shelley) Lazar-Lea's or L3's diverse upbringing gives her a multi-cultural insight into what is happening in both America and the world. L3 started her career in production, working on music videos (when they still had budgets!) and commercials until writing/directing her UCLA thesis film "The Truth About Angels," one of the few ultra-low budget movies to get distribution. L3 then turned her attention to marketing and thanks to her world and industry knowledge, writing and production talents, she skyrocketed through the ranks to become the VP of Creative Advertising at Alcon Entertainment, one of the premiere independent motion picture and TV production companies in the business. L3's background made her ideally suited to create advertising materials for Alcon's diverse slate of movies - from in-theater to social media/digital content. During this time L3 continued to write. Her screenplays have been optioned in both Hollywood and London and her non-fiction works published.* She is a regular performer at The Moth and at festivals where her hilarious fish-out-of-water life stories are always a hit.
