About me

I am a fully qualified Interior Designer with over 2 years experience working within a small residential design practice called Warren Chapman Ltd. I have worked on a verity of high-end residential properties in London ranging from 3 bedrooms to 15 bedrooms. The latest completed project I worked on was a very large Grade II listed, 15 bedroom house on the Bishops Avenue (27,000 sqft living space), which was also published in The Sunday Times in May 2011. This project included working alongside a property developer in order to create a luxury and traditional scheme. Collecting samples of paint colours, fabrics and surfaces and presenting these alongside visual drawings, plans, elevations and presenting to the client. Once signed off, I worked closely with members on­ site in order to keep everything moving quickly and efficiently.
My experience includes drawing up detailed plans, elevation and sections in AutoCAD, creating detailed drawings for custom made joinery, creating FF & E schedules. I have the ability to work in the studio as well as on site. I am creative and confident with the ability to develop and organise a presentation. I have experience in creating schedules for sanitary fittings, appliances and soft furnishings. I am able hand draw 3D visuals as well as using a variety of computer programs including AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch up.
