About me

I first became interested in post production through my video module in my first year at university. I felt that post production would be an ideal way to combine my technical skills and creative flair. I am computer literate and have a sound understanding of the software packages, formats and processes used in video production. Working at Future Publishing has allowed me to develop my skills and use them in real world situations. I have learnt to cope with strict concurrent deadlines and organise my time effectively. My current role involves working with video on a day to day basis, providing content for games websites, DVDs and television adverts. Filming, capturing, editing and converting where necessary. I am also in sole charge of all the cameras and studio equipment. I provide training to other members of staff and film on location. Although I only have 2 years experience I have quickly worked my way from assistant to manager. I also work individually as a freelance sound designer with my sound being used on DVD cover mounts sold across the world.

I am looking for a job that will allow me to use my skills and with opportunities to advance my career.
