North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Liverpool, 2006 - Present, Web Editor, Solely responsible for the Trust website, staff intranet and Trust microsites (currently 4 microsites). Extensive knowledge of the contact management system, Umbraco. On-going design and maintenance of new and existing websites. Enhancing the look, functionality and appearance of the websites. Fixing problems encountered in the functioning of the websites. Liaising closely with other departments for content updates. Interacting with our external design company and programmers., North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Liverpool, 2004 - 2006, Administrator, Administration duties for the senior management team of the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Personal Assistant covering maternity leave for the Directors of the Trust., Probation Service, Liverpool, 2003 - 2004, Case Administrator, Administrator for four Probation Officers. Looked after the probation cases from start to finish. Making appointments, attending court, all administration duties.
