About me
I completed my Bachelor of Arts with honours in Fashion Design at The university of the West of England.
During the course of my degree, thorough research enabled me to predict trends and work to directional concepts. My degree work incorporated a range of disciplines and processes using both digital and hands on ways of producing designs and graphics. I have excellent skills and experience using a range of design software including Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe ImageReady and Adobe Illustrator on both Mac and PC Systems.
I have been involved in many exhibitions around the country including London Graduate Fashion week and competition "Up & Coming" held in Liverpool's new Creative Urban Centre, for new artists around the Country, where I was chosen from hundreds of applicants. I displayed 6 images and a Tea -set with my designs printed on.
I completed 3 Months working experience at the international Couture Designer Alexander McQueen Fashion House, where I worked on his Spring collection doing Print/textiles Design.
I also worked for Biennial International 2004 as Artist and editor for the 2004 Young Persons Magazine.
I am very flexible in my approach and have the skills and experience to work within a number of creative disciplines including Illustration, Art worker / Designer, Textiles design, Fashion styling Art Direction and Editorial.
I am an innovative, confident, clear visual communicator.
