I'm a professional Magazine Designer / Art Director (REMOTE)
I specialise in Magazine Design, as well as Revamps, and launching beautiful magazines.
I've designed over 20 magazines. As well as serving as a designer for The Times magazine, and Telegraph newspaper weekend magazine in London UK. I've also served as Creative Director in Singapore for numerous magazines, and have redesigned and launched 6 magazines from scratch.

My typical design process and methods:
1. First we have a video Zoom or Skype chat, to discuss the brief
2. Then you provide a 'Flat-Plan' (Editorial pagination plan)
3. You provide editorial text & images via Google Drive (I can also source some)
4. I begin layouts using Adobe InDesign. I send you layouts for revision.
5. I make revisions / alterations based on your req.
6. I upload final hires PDFs to Google Drive (for your printers)
7. Repeat the process for next issue.

MY BIO:
I am from ENGLAND, UK.
I produce publication design REMOTELY for clients around the world from my home studio, 'FORD Creative'. Using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
I lived/worked in SINGAPORE for 14 years () as Design Director for a publishing firm.
I have over 25 years of experience in publication design. I started my career in London, where I worked for approx 12 years, on the creative side of the publishing industry. working for titles such as THE TIMES newspaper, and the DAILY TELEGRAPH newspaper in London, and freelanced for many other lifestyle magazines such as GQ, TIME, Vogue, and others.
Then I spent 14 years working in Singapore (), as Creative Director for a publisher of a series of magazines, hired to redesign, and relaunch their flagship magazines.
I provide high-quality magazine layout design, as well as delivering professional launches & revamps, to clients seeking to upgrade the quality of their magazine, and to clients simply wishing to outsource their current publication layout & art direction to an experienced professional.
