Creative and art director, Lenilson studied at the Natal School of Art in the early 1980s. He specialized in marketing and communication at UNP - Potiguar University and currently studies Political Science at the University of Paraná. For more than 20 years he has been working in some of the largest agencies in Brazil, Portugal and around the African continent.
Involved in a number of successful campaigns, he has worked with clients such as Standard Bank and Vodafone (South Africa, Portugal), Mcel (Mozambique), Portugal Telecom, NeoEnergia (Brazil), Vale do Rio Doce (Brazil / Mozambique), FIAT (Brazil), M. Dias Branco (Brazil), Grupo Ser Educacional (Brazil) and many others.
He has creative works recognized by specialized advertising and design publications and awards worldwide such as Lüzer's Archive (Germany), IF Design (Germany), The One Show (USA), Loerie's Book (South Africa), Cannes Lions , New York Festival, Muse Award (Canada), Lisbon Festival (Portugal), Cresta Awards, Brazil Columnists, SP Creation Club and Professionals of the Year.
For the last two years, he has been directly responsible for the creative upturn of Agência Um Brazil, where he holds the position of creative director. Whilst at the agency, he has won numerous trophies at the Pernambuco Propaganda Prize in 2016, including two Grand Prix and director of creation titles of the year. He is currently the most awarded creative director of Northeast of Brazil with prizes, mentions, and participation in the biggest creativity festivals in the world.
