About me

I am a digital project manager with a wide range of experience and achievements gained within IT and Marketing. These range from engaging flash websites, content managed sites, transactional e-commerce, online video and back office integration using technology such as html, css, .net, sql, webservices and LAMP as well as a variety of off the shelf products.
Although I have remained technically focused I act as the middle man between techies and customers with a great understanding of both their needs. My knowledge and personality have gained me great respect with developers, marketeers and 3rd party providers.

I am extremely versatile and have worked on many different size projects from startups with budgets of hundreds of pounds to companies with hundreds of thousands of pounds. No matter what, I deliver high quality products on time, within budget and often exceeding the customer expectations. For example, in my latest project at *, phase 1 was delivered on time, under budget and to the clients specification despite setbacks and a very tight timescale. I am also capable of working under pressure, I can overcome all sorts of obstacles and remain unphased. If I can be so bold, if I can implement a new (award winning) online brand and digital culture within a 100 year old, set in their ways financial services company, I believe I can take on any challenge.
I am analytical in my approach, understanding data and how to react to that data whether its using google analytics or through back office database systems. I have a proven record of increasing revenue by analysing online trends and making the necessary changes by simplifying the customer journey and improving customer engagement.
I love technology and am very passionate and excited about all things digital. I also have a genuine interest in modern day consumer behavior which is reflected in some of my recent projects. Whilst at Exeter Friendly Society I led the project to launch a new online brand with an innovative consumer interface and communication techniques in a static industry.
