About Lee
I am a design/production manager and have spent the last 12 years working in various production departments and design studios.
I have gained many skills over the years and have developed a management style that has helped me run my departments efficiently.
I have worked on many different types of products throughout the years, including 500 page catalogues, events paraphernalia, stationery, editorial magazines and newspapers and large floorplans.
I have worked in teams and I am also able to take the initiative and work alone. I am well used in taking briefs from marketing or sales and seeing them through to the print stage.
I have experience in dealing with clients on the phone or face-to-face to brainstorm ideas and ensure they are happy with the final product.
Throughout my various jobs I have learnt how to design be it image-led or typography-driven. I have an excellent eye for detail and have developed excellent proof-reading skills.
