Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Leanne Headlam. I am a designer who has a passion for pixel perfect user interface design and enjoy problem solving that meets business requirements and creates compelling user experiences.

I am a charismatic creative at heart and enjoy generating ideas to fruition. In the past five years, I have applied my design skills over a number of platforms, which include mobiles, tablets and websites. This involved gathering user requirements and user journeys and turning them into low-fidelity wireframes through to high-fidelity prototypes that simulates the real system's functionality and design details. I have a background in web interface design, layout and typography. These areas have given me a solid foundation and a vast outlook, which aid in building consistent interfaces and experiences that engage users. This position will give me the opportunity to flourish and develop in a collaborative role.

I am competent and have working knowledge in using prototyping and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Axure and Balsamiq. I have understanding of user centred design principles, user testing and methodologies such as agile. The growth of my skill-set has evolved over the years and has made me a pertinent asset in many ways, which I continue to develop. I believe you should consider myself for this role, as I am enthusiastic, versatile and smiley which I am sure will brighten up the office.
