About me
I am an ambitious and creative designer with over 2 years of industry experience. I have worked for numerous Irish and UK based fashion brands and suppliers, most recently in the role of junior womenswear designer at premium ladieswear brand, Tia.
I have spent years developing my design skills, having now perfected drawing CADs at high speed to impeccable standards using Adobe Illustrator. As well as this, I have created detailed tech packs for production for factories and have sourced fabrics and trims from suppliers in the Far East. Also, using Adobe Photoshop I have recoloured and reworked prints for factory strike offs. I have gained invaluable knowledge of fabric qualities and materials designing for multi product,i.e, dresses, skirts, tops, blouses, jackets and trousers in woven, stretch woven, jersey, heavy jersey and chiffon.
I have great organisational skills, I am a strong communicator and I have the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
