My expertise spans Inclusive Recruitment, Equality Impact Assessments, and Policy Development, focusing on tailored solutions to drive institutional change and foster inclusivity within organisations.

Liverpool Sisterhood Network (LSN) is a unique community-driven CIC dedicated to empowering professional women of colour, especially those over 40. Through mentorship, career advancement, and social connection, LSN provides a supportive, culturally inclusive space for women to thrive. Our programmes include tailored workshops, mentorship, and partnerships with local organisations, all aimed at fostering growth, well-being, and professional success for our members.
