About me
I'm Layden Nordien, a designer and developer working under the name Cyrus Blue from Cape Town, South Africa.
My work covers brand identity, print and custom-built websites. It sits on a Swiss-influenced foundation (grid discipline, restrained typography, warm and muted colour) applied to businesses that want to look considered rather than loud. Recent projects range from full identity systems and e-commerce builds for independent retailers and hospitality clients, to physical install and window activation work for retail spaces.
I take on a small number of projects at a time and stay involved after launch; most clients carry on with ongoing design and site care.
Available for freelance and contract work with clients from across the world, remote or on-site in Cape Town.
