Dear Sir/Madam,

I have around 5-6 years experience in the industry, all in a design/production role. I am proficient with Quark Xpress, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe GoLive/Dreamweaver. I also have a wide knowledge of print to press, both having dealt with printers on a regular basis and having worked for printing companies in the past.

I arrived from Australia around 7 months ago, and have been working full-time as a graphic designer for a printing company in North London for the past 6 months, and am now seeking employment closer to home, and in a position that would better utilise my design skills.

My main roles in the past have been designing and producing artwork for advertising/print, including corporate identity, pitching for new work, press, signage, brochures and direct mail and sourcing quotes.

I should also mention that I am a British citizen, should visa restrictions, etc come into consideration.
