13 Years extensive cumulative experience in the services, retail, commercial, residential & telecommunications sector as Architectural Designer, Project Manager and Regional Manager - Facilities Management, with 7 years CAD experience using Caddie & Genesis software. Have basic knowledge of MS Projects, Auto Cad, Photoshop and Indesign; and good general knowledge w.r.t. MS Office programs. Well developed communication skills in both English and Afrikaans - able to liaise at all levels in a multi-cultural environment - with strong focus on customer care and service excellence. Have the ability to deal with pressure in an individual as well as a team member capacity, with good organizational skills. Are performance driven and have a dynamic strategic thinking ability. Highly flexible, change agent and enjoy a challenging environment. Have strong creative and conceptual design flair with an understanding of trend changes and forecasting. Able to do (and have done) signature product design and development specifically related to interiors.
