About me

Lauren Wilkinson is Marketing Manager at Launch Digital, where she plays a key role in supporting clients with strategic marketing, social media, digital campaigns and brand growth. Since joining Launch in 2017, Lauren has worked across a wide range of sectors, helping businesses improve their marketing activity, connect with their audiences and achieve stronger results.

Lauren studied Business Marketing at Glasgow Caledonian University, graduating with a BA (Hons) degree, and also spent a semester studying Business Administration and Management at IAE Lille in France as part of the Erasmus exchange programme. Her academic background, combined with her hands-on agency experience, gives her a strong understanding of both marketing strategy and practical campaign delivery.

Before becoming Marketing Manager at Launch, Lauren gained experience in customer account management, email marketing, social media and sales at The Scobie & Junor Group. She also previously worked with Launch as a Marketing Assistant, where she managed social media channels, researched digital trends and attended networking events to support client engagement and business development.

Lauren's wider experience includes working abroad in the USA with Indian Head Camp, where she developed strong leadership, organisation, communication and teamwork skills while supervising young people and supporting residential camp activities. This experience helped shape her confident, people-focused approach to marketing and client relationships.

At Launch, Lauren combines creativity, commercial awareness and clear communication to help clients make the most of their marketing. She is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding each client's goals and delivering campaigns that are both engaging and effective.
