The nature of my degree course work experience has given me the skills necessary for this role. Having a good knowledge of fashion research, sourcing, design, manufacture and trends with the ability to combine traditional hand rendering skills with CAD/CAM technologies, I feel I could be a very versatile candidate and would respond in a professional and enthusiastic manner to any task given. Managing multiple projects has allowed me to develop appropriate organisational strategies to meet set deadlines and execute work to an excellent standard.
I have demonstrated skills using Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design during industry placement with a high street supplier which required the production of prints and garment specifications with a fast turn around for a range of Menswear, Womenswear and Childrenswear projects.
Exceptional communication skills acquired through familiarity of presenting ideas and interacting with customers in a professional environment have been used when demonstrating my capability of acting as a proactive team member on collaborative projects. As a creative and motivated individual with an eye for detail, I have a lot of ideas to offer and would be delighted to be considered for this position.
