About me

I am the Founder and Creative Director of Lauren Victoria, a luxury swimwear and resortwear brand created from personal experience and a long-standing connection to the fashion industry.

My career in fashion began in modelling, and in 2013 I won Britain's Next Top Model. Through my years working within the industry, I developed an understanding of fashion not only from in front of the camera, but also through experiencing the industry first-hand. As a 6'2" woman, I experienced the difficulty of finding clothing that truly considered my height and proportions. Rather than continuing to compromise on fit, I created Lauren Victoria, a brand designed for tall women, with all women in mind.

As Founder and Creative Director, I personally design each garment within the collections and develop each collection from its initial concept through to creation. I also shape the wider creative direction of the brand, from campaign concepts and visual storytelling, to location scouting and the overall identity of Lauren Victoria. My approach is shaped by a belief that clothing should not discriminate, and that women should feel acknowledged and considered within fashion.

My work brings together my experience as a model, my perspective as a tall woman and my creative vision as a designer and brand founder. Through Lauren Victoria, I am building the brand I once needed myself one centred on confidence, presence and a more considered approach to fit.

My long-term vision is to grow Lauren Victoria into a luxury fashion house that extends beyond swimwear and resortwear into womenswear more broadly, creating a world in which taller women feel acknowledged, accepted and considered rather than made to feel that they do not fit. So much of the world around us is built around standardised proportions, and my goal is to challenge that within fashion. In the future, I hope to extend this vision into menswear, creating for taller people more broadly while continuing to build a brand that celebrates individuality rather than asking people to conform.
