About me

I teach advertising at Foundation Degree level, teaching practical skills in both art direction and copywriting. There is a focus upon social media advertising within the course. I also teach marketing as part of the BA (Hons) Creative Enterprise course.

I also produce blog content, white papers, and other content within the software and tech space. My focus is on translating technical information into easily digestible content for wider audiences. My previous experience in this space involved turning architectural and engineering information into user-friendly design guides for non-specialist staff for a major retail client in the UK.

I am also the Book Reviews Editor of an academic journal and have skills in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.

I have experience in email marketing; using Google Analytics; producing, organising and promoting content; designing presentations and slideshows; managing online databases; and managing libraries of images and corporate graphics.

In addition, I am studying for a PhD in Film Studies, considering the set design within 'haunted house' films within contemporary horror films.
