About me

Laura Cibilich is the Founder and Design Director at Run. Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, Run is a female-led and purpose-driven creative agency she founded in 2008.

Her work has been recognized at award ceremonies including D&AD, Spikes Asia, Cannes Lions, AGDA, Indigo, WOLDA, Design Week UK, PANZ, Axis, Ad Stars, Communication Arts, NZ Marketing, Best, Campaign Asia-Pacific Women to Watch, B&T Women Leading Tech and Fast Company's Innovation by Design Awards.

Having started her career as a graphic designer more than 20 years ago, Laura has since led and consulted on strategic branding, creative, advertising, design, partnership and event projects for government agencies, NGOs, charities, health, education and tourism organizations across Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, Europe, Canada and the Pacific Islands.

Not one to do things the conventional way, she is a champion for empowering indigenous voices, women's rights, and the environment. Laura strives to create a more just and equitable world through her work.
