About me
I started my journey in Recruitment 13 years ago at The Royal Household, assisting and eventually managing the recruitment for the Summer Opening of Buckingham Palace each year.
I then joined The Football Association to work on projects such as reviewing and updating their PSL, developing their LinkedIn presence and ensuring all managers were trained in the recruitment process and interviewing skills.
I then joined AEG Europe in 2016, where I was tasked with implementing a new ATS, reviewing interview scripts and ensuring the recruitment process was fit for purpose. I am now Head of Recruitment ensuring our recruitment strategy allows us to attract and retain diverse talent from all walks of life and encourage our inclusive culture to thrive!
