After years of working in administrative professional jobs in the DC metro area, I am embarking on a new start to pursue my passion for writing. I have taken writing classes over the years, written in my off time, and managed to have a few short pieces published. My specialties are lifestyle, humor, pop culture, and fiction. My current blog is dedicated to these topics, meant to entertain and make people laugh. I am also an excellent copy editor and proofreader. In the past I used to assist the editor in chief of my former company's national magazine.
