Hi. I'm a hands-on leader, I make things happen.

I have a proven track record in successfully leading teams, as well as the focus and motivation to rise to the challenge of running a creative organization in a fast-paced agency environment. People like working for me and with me. Through my career I established a zero turnover rate with my staff.

Some of my experience includes: researching technology, purchasing equipment, budgeting, hiring, firing, layoffs, supervising production of all print and web advertising; developing file management systems, developing client intranet and extranet web sites; training managers, assistant managers, photographers, and desktop operators in all aspects of operations, including management, budgeting, negotiating and conflict resolution.

Initiated mentoring and internship programs, developing desktop artists into managers, web specialists, photo retouchers, and digital photographers.
