During the final year of education and post education I have been producing planning

Permission drawings for exterior conservatories. This mainly involves surveying the property and producing accurate AutoCAD drawing for planning application.

Customer service agent, Virgin mobile

Main role of taking customer service calls and handling data on a complex system within a call centre environment. This role taught me how to multi task whilst communicating with a customer clearly & competently over the telephone.

Display & spatial planner, Furry Tails LTD

Main role of spatially planning the shop for refurbishment and further role of designing and implementing window displays and product displays within the store.
