About me

I am keen to fully develop my design skills and work as closely within the print industry as possible.

I am a dedicated and hard working individual who enjoys a challenge. I have an avid interest in print media and feel that my existing knowledge of the industry will help me excel in any further positions. I have experience in working in two small companies and recognise the need to be flexible and ready to undertake general office duties as required.

Following my degree in Media Technology and Production I have been fortunate to gain a broad experience with my two employers. I have been involved in all aspects of magazine production, from conception through to delivery, and also have experience in general artworking. I currently have to work to very strict deadlines and understand the importance of getting accurate and high quality work to the printers by a given time, also the element of last minute changes within the print industry.

Since graduating I have completed two further courses to improve my design skills and use of Desk-Top-Publishing software. I currently use Adobe InDesign along side Photoshop and Illustrator I have also had experience with Quark Xpress.
