Re: Graphic Designer

I studied graphic design at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. I have successfully completed the Visual Communications course with a Bachelor of Design degree. I have a wide and varied range of experiences in the design industry. I have worked in Ireland with Bell Advertising, Dimension, The Identity Business, Swan Design and Corporate Graphics.

My current position is Designer at First Impression in Donnybrook, Dublin. I am responsible for design, layout, pre-press and the preparation of print-ready files working closely with the account executives, production staff, photographers and printers.

I am knowledgeable in design, attentive to detail with excellent typographic and communications skills. I have a can-do attitude and an ability to work within a team.

I am a teacher in design and Adobe DTP programmes. I am very skilled in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator up to CS5.
