About me
I am a seasoned UX Leader with diversified skills of 20+ yrs experience in management, product line, solution design & in-depth knowledge in client requirement analysis process with metrics and strategy driven approach. Driving Business roadmap and product line, I have handled design and development process of
enterprise level projects in Banking (BFSI), Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Energy, SaaS and
Telecom domain for applied usability and user experience practice. Researching on next
generation level user interactions and industry approaches in providing consumer accessibility
over mobility among disruptive industries and technologies. Work as independent Corporate
Trainer and serve many clients in advisory & UX solution's.
My role consists of end to end solutions. I start with Client interactions, requirement gathering &
analysis, brainstorming with clients & stake holders, User Observation, Remote Observations,
direct and indirect survey, competitor research, information architecture, prototyping, wireframe
design and User friendly business solutions. I have designed many disruptive enterprise level
user friendly apps for iPad, web and smart phones. I bring in-depth knowledge on User
interaction with respect to touch devices. I am a tech savvy with latest trends and technology
knowledge and a self starter & explorer in urge of learning new trends and implementing
solutions.
