Bringing strong communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and success within team environments from my current role at MacLaren McCann and related work experiences, I come well prepared for an Account Executive position. With one year's experience as an Account Executive focused on coordinating agency resources to ensure daily Client requests are met and executed successfully, I possess the skills required to succeed in this role.
My excellent communication skills are apparent in my work at MacLaren McCann where I act as an agency contact for various marketing managers across companies such as Nestle Healthcare Nutrition and Nestle Canada. As part of the account team, I play an active role in launching an assortment of creativepieces, such as TVCs, publication layouts, direct mailers, detail aids, website banners, wall clings, and large-scale panels. During my three summers at the adidas Canada head office, I operated as an assistant to the Key Account Coordinator and Financial Coordinator, requiring strong organizational and managerial skills as daily correspondence with their warehouse supervisors and retail managers was a vital component. I have assumed various volunteer roles in a media-based environment, allowing me to develop a strong understanding of diverse communication tactics and an appreciation of the teamwork and creative thinking that is involved. At HEART Business Journal for Women, a new woman's magazine based out of the EKG Marketing Studio, I worked as a Public Relations Intern where I was part of a team responsible for launching awareness of this upcoming publication. Managing their social media initiatives, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as crafting various press releases sent to potential advertisers and subscribers were main priorities.
It is important to note that I am Canadian, but hold Swiss Citizenship, allowing me to work in any country within the European Union.
