About me
I am a creative and adaptive graphic designer with 4 years of full-time experience prior to graduating master's in graphic design from the University of Hertfordshire, UK (2021, graduated third in class). Over the last 4 years, I have had the opportunity to design and develop an eCommerce platform, rating and review model for a Swedish travel app, digital marketing and pitch presentation for a business communication firm, branding and marketing for an international nonprofit. With a diverse experience and a Masters degree, I am now in pursuit of the next challenge to scale up my career.
My initial exposure to design thinking in my first job has helped me formulate my own process as a designer. I believe irrespective of the nature of the task; any design is meant to create a user experience and to make the user recall what they have experienced. My design style is not having a particular design style. The user's need is what triggers my creativity. Working in a non-profit also helped me reach out and relate to the issues around the world that need our attention and triggered in me a need to create deep impact through my design style and thought process adding a humane touch to my designs.
I am a passionate designer and like to go looking for challenges and responsibilities. I have taken up the challenge of gamifying the design process I have developed over years in my masters and have designed a board game combining product design and design thinking to help self-taught designers. In all the jobs I was part of, I have managed to learn new skills other than design to keep myself to be a better fit for any role. My exposure to different audiences in different geographies makes me a highly adaptive designer. I have always worked in a result-driven, deadline-based environment and delivered successfully all the time.
