Focused, passionate and enthusiastic in my work, I have achieved a range of creative experience, involving a combination of design, art direction, creative co-ordination and production, and studio management responsibilities.
I have a solid understanding of brand and product, and am driven to meet and exceed expectations of creative work within tight deadlines and to budget.
I have always found it highly rewarding to work in a fast, dynamic and varied working environment and find encouraging and developing the skills of my team to be most stimulating. I have worked extensively with external departments and resources. I am clear and concise in conveying requirements both verbally and creatively. I am inspired by the use of negotiation and planning in order to create a seamless process for communication and production to raise the profile of any brand or project I work on.
