I am currently the EMEA Webmaster/ Content Manager for Marsh Ltd. I manage the content, functional and strategic development of global intranet and public sites across EMEA, managing a team of editors and leading on content, SEO, social media and digital marketing.

My strong aptitude for online concepts and practice has allowed me to develop a host of skills. I am adaptable, quick thinking, and a solid knowledge of the principles of online technology allows me to pick up new software easily. I believe that the internet and its trends is in a constant state of evolution and therefore, so too must web professionals. In all my roles, I have learned and pushed forward constantly, striving for the best processes that will optimise my company..

My experience of being both the client and web production gives me a competitive advantage, enabling me to communicate faster and understand and solve issues quickly. With end-to-end investment and hands on approach, I am comfortable liaising with clients, technical teams, handling budgets, change control and - where appropriate - identifying and solving problems.

I have a strong interest in writing and photography, and combining a creative mind with technical savvy is my biggest strength. I also train regularly in martial arts, which has developed a sense of discipline throughout my career.
